Have you heard of Kid Hazo? I'd say he's Philadelphia's Banksy, but he's so much more. His work is fun, simple, and well crafted. He's unique.
The rouge installation artist has taken graffiti art to a new level, mocking the PPA and benign signage with a snarky sense of whimsy.
