Kid Hazo
Have you heard of
Kid Hazo
? I'd say he's Philadelphia's Banksy, but he's so much more. His work is fun, simple, and well crafted.
He's unique.
The rouge installation artist has taken graffiti art to a new level, mocking the PPA and benign signage with a snarky sense of whimsy.
